This is NOT a liftin’ sesh that is scored or part of a weird competition based cult. We’re just gonna focus on developing killer strength!
Strength training/ Weight-lifting is also NOT body building. While body-building is all about increasing mass with a focus on how you look, Strength training is all about a focus on how you feel. You won’t “bulk up” from lifting weight/s unless you specifically want to, and work towards that.
All levels are welcome, and your Master Trainer is pumped to teach you to lift in a safe and fun manner. You’ll PUSH IT like Salt n Pepa in no time, laughing it up while you work up a sweat.
Learn how to lift, pump, cop a squat ‘n’ spot; using the olympic bar, weight plates, dumb bells and kettle bells. All to a kick-arse soundtrack to keep you motivated and PUMPED!
