This is NOT a liftin’ sesh where participants are rated against each other, or part of a weird competition based cult. The only score-keeping is to track your own improvement, which will surprise you! We’re gonna focus on developing killer strength!
Strength training/ Weight-lifting is also NOT body building. While body-building is all about increasing mass with a focus on how you look, strength training is all about a focus on how you feel. You won’t “bulk up” from lifting weight/s unless you want to, and specifically work towards that.
Wear comfy gear that allows movement and rock sneakers. Bring extra layers particularly in the cooler weather.
We supply equipment, so just bring a water bottle and a towel.
