Of course an important part of self-compassion is enjoying the rock music you love, so there’s no dolphin music in our Yin Yoga practice – Rock Yin is the re-charging yoga practice to a rock-charged soundtrack.

We supply mats. Just bring yourself, a water bottle and a rock’n’roll attitude.
