Wandin East Program
(Starting 19 Feb)
If ya keeno to lock in the 1 x sesh per week for the duration of the 4 week program. This program pass is for you! For $80 ($20 per session), You can start training from 19 Feb for 4 weeks, secure your place in every class even if they sell out, see your progress and development across the duration of the program. No joining fees, cancellations required 8 hrs in advance, no show = no refund

So, ya not sure if ya wanna commit – but still keeno to give it a go!? Sokay – for $25 you can snap up a single/ trial pass for the first night of the program, 19 Feb.

PiNK BOXiNG FUNdamentals
Whether you’re brand new to the world of boxing or just getting back to the basics with a killer workout – PiNK BOXiNG is for you. This session is high intensity, full body workout that keeps you moving the whole time. When you’re not throwing a punch, you’re working on ducking and slipping, push-ups, squats or core work. You’ll build confidence and both your mind and body will be challenged. FUNdamentals will have you learning core skills and techniques, with a great mix of boxing and focus on strength and conditioning.
