This slow-flow yoga session is all about surrendering into poses and releasing negative tension right out ya yin-yang! You’ll experience gentle strength building in this session to leave you ready to embrace your inner power whilst treating ya bod with a rad yoga alternative!
The entire workout is LOW IMPACT, with options available most for injuries and aliments. You are encouraged to work within your means and alternative options are always on offer.
Wear a band tee and leggings or any comfy gear that allows movement (as dark as you like) and rock socks or bare feet.
DIM THE LIGHTS and dress WARM. Socks, cushions (or a yoga block if ya have one), strap/scarf and be ready on your yoga mat (or a comfy rug).

You won’t Cry Little Sister as Meredith takes you through a range of restorative poses with breathing at your own rate. You’ll strengthen your core and yourself while gently feeling the Burn.
