Alright, that’s enough sighin’ and trash talk, let’s get flippy ’n’ floppy for a tasty stretch before ya takeaway pizza arrives.
We want a glass of wine (or whatever your poison is?.. Beer?), in ya hot little hands and then get ready to hit tha floor with Killa Kitty! This class is all about you and designating a small part of ya Fridee noite to stop and smell the roses PLUS offering observance to you and ya bod.
Brinin’ a bit of Yin (Yoga) to the Yang ya might have had during the week, we’ll focus on giving the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs a big ol’ stretch-a-roo.
Suitable for most levels, but you’re encouraged to work within your means and alternative options are always on offer, so don’t be afraid to pipe up if ya need a variation!
Pull up ya yoga mat, a jumbo towel or a snug rug, and snatch a cushion from the couch (or a yoga block you have one).
Wear comfy gear that allows movement, socks to warm up those cold tootsies, or go barefoot and fancy free. In the cooler weather ya might need a blanket. Important: Get in early, ya goose! We want ya cool, calm, and ready to go.
