PiNK BOXiNG Beginner/Refresher
It can be super fun to box but we know it can be nerve racking to join a group and worry about whether or not you can keep up with your partner or if you are fit enough!
In this session you can relax and have fun as everyone is learning! You stay in the beginner sesh until you feel comfortable and ready to move up a level.
In the beginner session we’ll show you how to put wraps on, how to stand, how to punch, pad hold (+ sometimes kick).
Each work out will include speed, power, core work + some simple combinations when you’re ready!
From time to time we’ll join the more experienced group for warm ups, core rounds + fun games.
That way when you move up you already know some crew!
Equipment provided, If you have your own gloves – you’re welcome to bring them!
Wraps available for purchase $10.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE START TIME. We don’t want you to miss anything important, so be sure to arrive 10mins prior to the start of your session.
