PiNK BOXiNG was created for women to learn to box properly with correct technique. These classes are more than just a boxercise sesh, they are a place to master the stance, jab-cross-upper with purpose, and build confidence as well as fitness. PiNK BOXiNG offers the ability to level up, allowing you to learn, love, and master each aspect of boxing. Build upon the knowledge and improve over time – you can repeat levels as often as you like before moving onto a higher difficulty class level.
Get a great cardio and strength workout in as you learn techniques to help you avoid injury and fell confident that you are learning the real deal! Like all AWF sessions it’s also a great social outlet and just plain fun! Create new friends, inspire greater confidence, and laugh with your comrades.
