Let’s get physical! Retro Jams by Rad Dance. A fun routine-based, dance inspired aerobics fitness class.
Get footloose with classic retro dance moves, toning elements to tighten those buns and a playlist that will get you moon-walking and crotch-thrusting through your week!

The playlist is predominantly 80’s & 90’s classics, but anything RAD can make it in there.
Leg warmers, headbands and anything fluoro encouraged but dressing up is not essential. Previous dance experience not necessary and all levels are welcome for this sweat-tastic session.
Class difficulty changes depending on the abilities of the group, and everyone from beginners to experienced dancers can be catered for.

Having fun is the name of the game!
We supply any equipment needed. Just bring a water bottle, a towel and a radical attitude.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE START TIME. We don’t want you to miss anything important, so be sure to arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of your session.
Parking sucks so make sure you allow enough time to arrive and settle.
